Web Design

Web design encompasses many different skills and disciplines in the production and maintenance of websites. The different areas of web design include producing your text, generating graphics and videos, choosing and conforming your layout and color scheme, determining the main functions that your site will include, testing contact information and processes, and configuring the right SEO, to make sure your clients can find you in the search engines. Since there are several aspects that need to be covered to create an effective website, we usually work in teams of 2, 3 or 4 designers.

Websites are not a quick task. The minimum time that we require to produce a 5-page simple website, is from 3 to 4 week. More complex websites can be in production for months, having several team members involved in it. To see samples of our work, click here.

Business Cards

Business Cards

Business Card Design

Our physical presence is the very first impression we give to the world. Our business card comes next.  A good business card must be powerful enough to make a strong first impression, conveying specifically three things:

1. Who you are

2. What you offer

3. How to reach you

In addition to providing contact information to your audience, your business card will tell a lot more. It will give an impression about your position in the market. Is your company conservative? Is it modern? Is it unique? What is your competitive advantage; exclusivity, or low pricing? All of these factors are key to communicate effectively who you are.

The standard dimensions of a printed business cardare 3.5 x 2 inches. That’s the finished card size. Many printed designs include bleed. The “bleed area” is an extra 1/8 inch of space for design elements or backgrounds that extend beyond the finished edges of your card.

Booklets

Booklets

Booklets are one of the most effective ways to communicate to your audience information that is longer or more complex than what you could convey on a single flyer. Nowadays, booklets can be rendered in print or in digital media. Programs like In-Design, from Adobe, allow us to produce interactive materials that include clickable links and animations.

For print media, when it comes to binding, the most common method is saddle-stitch binding. In the printing industry, saddle-stitch banding refers to a very popular book binding method in which folded sheets are gathered together one inside the other and then stapled through the fold line with wire staples.
